防災・減災カレッジ市民防災コース講義

平山修久准教授は，2018年7月28日（土）に，平成30年度防災・減災カレッジ（あいち・なごや強靭化共創センター主催）「市民防災コース」において，「住まいの安全と防災まちづくり」と題した講義を行いました。水から考える住まいの安全，ごみから考える住まいの安全，来るべき災害に備えた防災まちづくり，について紹介し，住宅の耐震化や建て替えが，命を守るのみならず，災害廃棄物量の減量など災害後のより迅速な復旧・復興にとって重要であることを指摘しました。

Assoc. Prof. Hirayama had a lecture entitled ‘Security of the house and urban development for disaster prevention’ on the Citizen Disaster Prevention course in the 2018 BOSAI & GENSAI colleage organized by Aichi/Nagoya Resilience Co-creation Center.

In this lecture, water supply, tap water, emergency water supply, wastewater, toilet, disaster debris, community disaster prevention were expressed. And, He pointed out that earthquake reinforcement and rebuilding of the dwelling house are significant for not only the security of life but also the reduction of disaster debris, and more prompt recovery and reconstruction after disaster.
